Hi Rachel,
I looked into your situation, as well as the other Canadian citizen who has joined our blog. I got some answers--just not the ones I was hoping to get. It would be a very complicated process for us to work together. Our program coordinator suggested you contact a Canadian agency to assist you. I will tell you that agencies in Canada began placing children from China before U.S. agencies began placing children from China, so I'm hoping you will be able to find an agency in your area that will be able to help you. I notice your Canadian address. Are you a Canadian citizen or a US citizen living in Canada? We may be able to help you adopt a child, but I'd want to check and make sure. Get back to me when you can, and I will get some information for you. Thanks. Renee
